Pilanesberg National Park

The Pilanesberg National Park is located in North West Province in South Africa, west of Pretoria. The park borders with the entertainment complex Sun City. Pilanesberg Game Reserve is home to the Big 5 and offers a variety of affordable accommodation, from self-catering to luxury 5 Star Lodges.

Facilities

Since 1981 the Pallamar family have been running Mziki Safari Lodge. Discover the range of facilities on offer on the property.

Reception & Lounge
The meeting place for your safari with our 24 hours coffee station, and our Chef’s home-made crunches & rusks, with the only TV on the property, or browse our library & board games corner.

Sink into the warm embrace of Mziki Safari Lodge’s comfortable lounge. If you’ve had enough of the bush for the day and keen to catch up with what’s happening in the world, you can retreat to its large leather chairs to watch the news on a big-screen TV or choose from one of the books, or board games in the well-stocked library. With a coffee and tea station stocked all day and night, and a roaring fire to keep guests warm and cosy on winter nights, the lounge is the heart of Mziki Safari Lodge.

Ha Lolo Beauty Spa
Enjoy a quiet moment in the tranquil settings of Mziki, where African oils are the flavour for body, facial or feet treatments.

Our Mzki Spa facility offers a range of rejuvenating treatments that guests can enjoy in the comfort of their room. Relax your body and soul amidst the peaceful surrounds of the African bush. This is an outsourced mobile spa service, that is done in the comfort of your own room or upon request outside. Please contact the reservation department for bookings prior or during your stay with us.

Selous Bar & Boma Restaurants
  • Enjoy our relaxed bar & boma area with a great ambience, and a fire pit in the middle for a traditional SA braai, or the outside boma under the shady trees in summers.
Cosy up to a warm fire accompanied by the sounds of the African bushveld and the sizzling smells of a delicious barbecue at Mziki Safari Lodge’s thatched Selous Boma Restaurant and Bar. It is the place to come together in a convivial and relaxed environment.

Put your feet up around the welcoming fire pit, or sample a few of our excellent South African wines or local beers on offer in our honesty bar, prior to enjoying some of the delicious signature dishes of our Chef Kego.
